PAYMENT
Q) What can I expect during the checkout process?
A) After adding items to your shopping cart, you will be prompted to complete the
purchase or ‘checkout’. You will then be directed to the Paypal website and have the opportunity to pay with a credit card or your Paypal account.

Q) Do I need a Paypal account to purchase items?
A) No! I use Paypal for quick and easy payments and tracking. If you do not have a
Paypal account, you may still use Paypal to make purchases with a credit card
without registering.

Q) Do you charge sales tax?
A)Yes, in the state of Florida. Packages shipped inside the state of Florida will be charged 6.5% sales tax.

SHIPPING
Q) How long will it take to ship?
A) Vintage and premade items are ready to go and will be shipped within 3 business days.

Q) How long will a custom order take?
A) Simply put, usually 1 week. More complicated-ly put, it depends on all the variables.
I will always stay in contact with you and keep you up to date.

Q) How will my items arrive?
A) I ship items via United States Postal Service, First Class Mail.

Q) How are shipping costs calculated?
A) Shipping will be calculated based on weight. Shipping will be combined if purchasing
multiple items.

REFUNDS
Q)Can I return my item?
A) I want you to be happy with all of my products. If for some reason you just simply are not satisfied, I will refund your money, less all shipping, if you contact me with 14 days of receipt of item. Please keep in mind that you are responsible for all shipping charges that incur. I reserve the right to refuse refund if the item is in any way damaged.

ABOUT ETSY
Q) What is Etsy?
A) Etsy is my store’s selling matrix. It’s similar to Ebay but strictly for handmade and vintage goods.

Q) Why do I need to register with Etsy?
A) Registering with Etsy allows you to purchase items from my shop. It helps regulate
the credibility of each store with the feedbacks that are left after a purchase. By
viewing the feedbacks of a given shop, you can determine if this is a seller you’d like to
do business with. A note to remember: those with a smaller amount of feedbacks
are usually new and had just opened. Give them a chance as well.

Q) How much does it cost to register with Etsy?
A)Nothing. Nada. Zip. Zilch. Yay, it’s free!

Q) What if I purchase items from you and another seller?
A)You have to pay each seller at a time. Follow the prompts in your shopping cart.

Q) When should I pay?
A) Preferable at the time of checkout. Just as Ebay, you may complete the payment at a
later time with Etsy. I have a 72 hour turnaround time before I relist the item.
Please make your payment as soon as possible within 72 hours. Failure to do so will
result in the item being relisted and a possible negative
feedback to your account. I will contact you with reminders and options.
